HRT Daily is built privacy-first. The app keeps your health information on your own device — not on our servers. This notice explains the limited data involved when you visit the site, buy lifetime access, or contact us.
Who we are
In this notice, "HRT Daily", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the HRT Daily website (hrtdaily.com) and the HRT Daily app. If you have any question about your data, email us at hello@hrtdaily.com.
The app stores your data on your device, not with us
Everything you enter into the HRT Daily app — your treatments, doses, schedule, calendar and journal entries — is saved locally in your own browser (using your device's local storage). It is not transmitted to us, and we cannot see it. There is no account and no sign-in. If you clear your browser's site data, that information is erased from your device and cannot be recovered by us.
Information we process when you buy lifetime access
Payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. When you check out, you provide your name, email address, billing country and payment details to the payment provider — we never see or store your full card details. The provider processes that information to take payment, calculate and remit any VAT or sales tax, and send your receipt.
From a completed order, we receive limited details — such as your email address, name, country and an order reference — so that we can deliver your access, provide support, and handle any refund. Our payment provider processes your data under its own privacy policy; please review it at checkout.
Information you give us directly
If you email us for support, we process your email address and the contents of your message so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.
Website hosting and security
Our website is served by a hosting provider that, like all web hosts, automatically records standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in server logs. This is used to operate the site securely and reliably. We do not use this to identify you personally, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking on the site.
Cookies and local storage
The app uses your browser's local storage to save your entries on your device — this is essential to how the app works and is not used to track you. The checkout provided by our payment provider may set cookies that are necessary to process your payment securely.
Legal bases (UK GDPR / EU GDPR)
- Performance of a contract — to take payment and give you the access you bought.
- Legitimate interests — to keep the site secure, prevent fraud and respond to your messages.
- Legal obligation — to keep the records (such as tax records) the law requires.
How long we keep it
Order and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires (typically up to six years). Support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you and keep a reasonable history. Your in-app data lives on your device for as long as you keep it there.
International transfers
Our payment and hosting providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where they do, they rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@hrtdaily.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
Children
HRT Daily is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this notice from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed; significant changes will be reflected here.
